1. Talons  – 長くて鋭い鳥の爪を「Talons」といいます。

2. Claw – 鳥以外の動物の、長くて鋭い爪を｢Claw｣といいます。

3. Nails – 一般的に人間の爪のような、短くて尖っていない爪を｢nail｣といいます。

4. Pads – ネコ、イヌ、クマ、ウサギの足の底にあるこのプニプニのクッション（肉球）は、「Pads」と呼ばれます。

5. Paws -犬の足全体（上、爪、肉球などを含む）は「Paws」と呼ばれます。

5. Paw -The entire foot (top, nails, pads, etc.) of a dog is called a paw.
